      Expression of Hsap\MAPT45-441.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU at 25[o]C results in an abnormal rough-eye phenotype. These eyes display fused and disordered ommatidia with irregular and missing bristles.
