Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a bru1 cDNA containing point mutations in the RRM2 (K239A, F241A) and RRM3 (N521A, F523A) domains to inhibit RNA-binding activity. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:λN22 and with 3 copies of Tag:HA.
