      Comments

      Expression of NetoCA.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP under the control of Scer\GAL4G14 largely rescues the embryonic lethality and adult viability of Neto36 mutants. The NMJ morphology defects are also rescued at low levels of expression although bouton number is still reduced at high expression levels.
