      α-CatMI02577-GFSTF.0 flies in which the level of α-Cat protein has been reduced by expressing slmbScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\vhhGFP4 (which targets GFP-tagged proteins for degradation) under the control of Scer\GAL4Act.PU are viable at 18[o]C, but show embryonic lethality at 28[o]C.

      α-CatMI02577-GFSTF.0 flies in which the level of α-Cat protein has been reduced by expressing slmbScer\UAS.T:Zzzz\vhhGFP4 under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PU have a rough eye phenotype at 28[o]C.
