      sesBScer\UAS.cKa-overexpression under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PS induces apoptosis in eye imaginal disc cells. Overexpression of Scer\GAL4GMR.PS>sesBScer\UAS.cKa also results in the loss of membrane potential seen in wild-type mitochondria.
