      Expression of Hsap\APPAβ40.Scer\UAS.T:SS-nec.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU does not produce an eye phenotype.

      Adult-restricted neuronal expression of either one or two copies of Hsap\APPAβ40.Scer\UAS.T:SS-nec.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO has no effect on climbing ability or survival.

      Adult-restricted neuronal expression of one copy each of Hsap\APPAβ43.Scer\UAS.T:SS-nec.cBa and Hsap\APPAβ40.Scer\UAS.T:SS-nec.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO results in climbing defects and shortened lifespan that are not seen when one copy of either transgene is expressed alone.

      Adult-restricted neuronal expression of one copy each of Hsap\APPAβ42.Scer\UAS.T:SS-nec.cBa and Hsap\APPAβ40.Scer\UAS.T:SS-nec.cBa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO results in climbing defects and shortened lifespan that are not seen when one copy of either transgene is expressed alone.
