Description

The eve enhancer and promoter region (-1.7 kb, +50 bp, which includes the 'full-length' eve stripe 2 enhancer and dispersed regulatory sequences that mediate weak expression within the limits of stripe 7) drives expression of y mRNA with 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop at its 5' end.
