      More than half of stage 7 embryos expressing crbScer\UAS.P\T.PC under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 have apically mislocalised centrosomes in the epithelium, and more than one third of centrosomes are in close proximity to adherens junctions. A significant number of embryos have an abnormal aggregation of adherens junction proteins at this stage.
