Description

The ap coding sequence has been deleted. Generated by FLP-mediated trans excision, using the FRT site present in sequence inserted upstream of the ap locus (this inserted sequence also includes an attP site) and the FRT site present in PBac{WH}apf00878. A single PBac end (the 5' end) derived from the original PBac{WH} element is present after the trans excision event, and an attP site is also present.
