Mobilisation of the Mi{ET1}Cbp53EMB00150 insertion which has deleted approximately 7.6kb of the 3' end of the original Mi{ET1} transposon, without affecting Cbp53E sequences.
There is no difference in the number of type II/III/Ib synaptic boutons between controls and Cbp53EMi41/Cbp53EMi41. There is increased axonal branching of type II and III terminals in Cbp53EMi41/Cbp53EMi41, Cbp53EMi22/Cbp53EMi41 or Df(2R)ED2751/Cbp53EMi41, but no increase in axonal branching of type Ib terminals in Cbp53EMi41/Cbp53EMi41 or Df(2R)ED2751/Cbp53EMi41 larval neuromuscular junctions compared to wild type.
