Mobilisation of the Mi{ET1}Cbp53EMB00150 insertion which has deleted approximately 7.6kb of the 3' end of the original Mi{ET1} transposon, without affecting Cbp53E sequences.
There is no difference in the number of type II/III/Ib synaptic boutons between controls and Cbp53EMi22/Cbp53EMi22. There is significantly increased axonal branching of type II, III and Ib terminals in Cbp53EMi22/Cbp53EMi22, Cbp53EMi22/Cbp53EMi41 or Df(2R)ED2751/Cbp53EMi22 larval neuromuscular junctions compared to wild type.
