Description

Deletion that removes ppk26 exons 3 through 6, as well as the 3'UTR and polyadenylation sequence. The non-coding exon 1 and part of the coding exon 2 are still present. Generated by excision of the Mi{ET1}MB01724 insertion. PCR analysis indicates that the neighbouring CG42458 and CG42660 genes are intact.
