Detailed Description
Statement

SCCRO3J155/SCCRO3J155 flies show similar upward migration behavior to controls when knocked to the bottom of a glass jar. SCCRO3J155/SCCRO3J155 flies have a shorter lifespan than controls. The average number of F1 progeny per breeding pair (female mutant, wild type male) is significantly reduced in SCCRO3J155/SCCRO3J155 mutants compared to controls. SCCRO3J155/SCCRO3J155 mutants have significantly slower growth than controls during embryonic and larval stages (though they catch up by the time they hatch).

Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

SCCRO3J155/SCCRO3J155 SCCROJ34/SCCROJ34 double mutants have shorter lifespans and increased infertility compared to either single mutant (single mutants have shorter lifespans and decreased fertility compared to controls).
