      Over-expression of SCCRO4DAD.Scer\UAS driven by Scer\GAL4GMR.PF does not significantly affect eye morphology. Over-expression of SCCRO4DAD.Scer\UAS driven by Scer\GAL4ptc.PU significantly increases cell number (no significant effect on cell size) and significantly increases the distance between wing veins L3 and L4, compared to controls.
