A 2,222 bp deletion extending in both directions from the progenitor insertion site, deleting 590 bp from the 3' of pcm (including exons 10 and 11), 529 bp from the 3' of NAA15-16 and entirely deleting CR43260.

Comment:

Estimated boundaries of a 2,222 bp deletion resulting from the imprecise excision of P{EP}EP1526. The deletion extends in both directions from the insertion site and removes 590 bases from the 3' end of pcm as well as CG34260 and part of Naa15-16.
