Expression of an RNAi line against SCCRO3 (unspecified, either SCCRO3^GD7981 or SCCRO3^KK108862) driven ubiquitously by Scer\GAL4^Act5C.PI or Scer\GAL4^Ubi.PU does not cause lethality; expression in the eye (by 'Ey-GMR-GAL4', unclear if this is Scer\GAL4^ey.PH or Scer\GAL4^GMR.PF) reduces eye size compared to controls; when expression is driven by Scer\GAL4^ptc.PU, there is a significant increase in the L3-L4 distance (due to a significant increase in cell size, but no change in cell number) in the wing (as well as overall smaller wing size) and macrochaetae on the notum are slightly smaller.
