Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the iRFP713 infrared fluorescent protein fused to the Tag:M(hCD4) membrane targeting sequence. The protein produced is not fluorescent, possibly due to the dimerization of iRFP713 interfering with Tag:M(hCD4) trafficking to the plasma membrane.
