Description

A TI{T-STEP.TagRFP-T} cassette and the D628N mutation (corresponding to the Parkinson's disease specific D620N mutation in the human Vps35 ortholog) has been knocked in to the endogenous Vps35 locus, resulting in mutated Vps35 tagged at the C-terminal end with TagRFP-T. This tag can be converted to EGFP in a tissue-specific manner by using RSR recombinase to excise the RSRT cassette that includes the TagRFP-T tag.
