Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}CG42672MI07277 insertion has been replaced with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette. The insertion is in a coding intron of some transcript isoforms of CG42672, in an intron in the 5' UTR of other isoforms, and in an exon in the 5' UTR of one isoform. The insertion is predicted to protein trap the gene.
