Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}EpacMI06245 insertion has been replaced with a EGFP-FlAsH-StrepII-TEV-3xFlag multi-tag cassette. The insertion is in a coding intron of one transcript isoform of Epac and in an intron of the 5' UTR of another isoform. The insertion is predicted to protein trap the gene.
