      Expression of Cyp4g1dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Desat1.PB results in a decrease in lipid droplets in oenocytes during starvation but not in fed conditions, but does not result in an increased proportion of larvae displaying tracheal flooding, and does not change oenocyte size in starved conditions, as compared to controls.
