      lncRNA:TS26KO homozygote males show reduced fertility compared to wild-type controls and display defects in spermatid morphogenesis (mutant testes contain sperm cells that are scattered or curled).

      The investment cones of lncRNA:TS26KO homozygous males are lagging and disorganized during the individualization step of spermatogenesis compared to wild-type.
