      CR43282KO homozygote males show severely reduced fertility compared to wild-type controls and display severe morphological defects in testes (accumulation of abnormal cotton-like flocculus in their distal part) as well as in spermatid morphogenesis (spermatozoon).

      The investment cones of CR43282KO homozygous males are lagging and disorganized during the individualization step of spermatogenesis compared to wild-type.
