      Expression of sonadsRNA.Scer\UAS.2 under the control of any of the following: Scer\GAL4en.PU, Scer\GAL4ptc.PU, Scer\GAL4nub.PU, Scer\GAL4hh.PU and Scer\GAL4Act.PU results in increased lethality at various stages of development and/or malformation of adult wing when expressed using the Scer\GAL4en.PU (folding in posterior wing) or Scer\GAL4nub.PU (small wings) driver.
