UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a dominant-negative form of slmb (carries five point mutations in the F-box domain that completely abolish interaction with SkpA protein). The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with a 3xTag:FLAG-6xTag:MYC epitope.
