      Females expressing Bsg25DScer\UAS.P\T.CR.3'UTR.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP in a wild type background or in a Bsg25DNull/Df(2L)Exel6011 background do not produce a significantly different number of eggs lacking dorsal appendages, or any significant difference in hatching frequency, as compared to controls.
