3.84kb genomic fragment encompassing ddbt (derived from the CH322-142G7 BACPAC clone). Includes 1.69kb upstream and 1.45kb downstream sequence. The protein has been mutated to carry an R31D amino acid replacement within the NFLR motif and is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
