3.84kb genomic fragment encompassing ddbt (derived from the CH322-142G7 BACPAC clone). Includes 1.69kb upstream and 1.45kb downstream sequence. The NFLR motif has been mutated so that the sequence corresponds to that found in Mst77F (PYLNFLRFLKR to GFVNFLRDFKK). The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
