Description

Imprecise excision of P{EP}GE21229 results in a 4514bp deletion, beginning 2480bp 5' of and ending 2034bp 3' of the smg start codon. This deletion removes 2020bp of 2997bp of the open reading frame of the smg RA, RB, RC, and RE isoforms. 933bp of P{EP}GE21229 remain.
