      Expression of dcoC-ala.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC,T:Zzzz\His6 (lines 17M1A and 17M2A but not line 13M1A) under the control of Scer\GAL4tim.PU significantly reduces the proportion of adult flies with arrhythmic circadian locomotor activity pattern compared to controls (lines 13M1A and 17M1A also show slightly longer activity rhythm period).

      dcoWT.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC increases viability of UV-irradiated larvae and allows significantly higher proportion of them to pupate (although none actually eclose) compared to dcoC-ala.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC,T:Zzzz\His6-expressing larvae.
