      Expression of Tm1dsRNA.shRNA2.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 results in delocalization of osk mRNA (whereas the ability of the mRNA to oligomerize is not affected) as well as the stau in egg chambers. Localization of the oocyte nucleus or grk and bcd mRNAs is not affected.
