In 3h-starved third instar larvae, Atg14d13 clones in the fat body exhibit a chain-like redistribution of lysosomes.

Somatic clones of Atg14d13 mutant fat body cells almost completely lack acidic autolysosomes (as detected by Lysotracker staining) as well as autophagic structures.
