      The expression of VincScer\UAS.FL.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP under the control of either Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU or Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU induces no viability defects, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PU does not induce defects in embryonic muscles, which also do not form ectopic VincScer\UAS.FL.P\T.T:Equa\eqFP578-TagRFP-positive cytoplasmic protein aggregates, as compared to controls.
