Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of tdTomato fluorescent protein. This reporter is generated in vivo if FLP recombinase is used to invert the FlpStop cassette in Mi{FlpStop}, generating the Mi{FlpStop.lock} construct in which the FlpStop cassette is stably locked in the opposite orientation from that in Mi{FlpStop}.
