      Expression of Lsm12Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of either Scer\GAL4cry.PE or Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO (using RU486 food supplementation to limit the expression to adulthood) does not perturb the periodicity of circadian locomotor rhythm under free-running constant dark conditions relative to controls.

      The long-period circadian locomotor rhythm under free-running constant dark conditions observed in Lsm12Δ3 or Lsm12Δ6 mutant adults is rescued by expression of Lsm12Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4cry.PE or the inducible Scer\GAL4elav.Switch.PO driver (using RU486 food supplementation to limit the expression to adulthood).
