Description

A single Tag:FLAG epitope followed by Drosophila codon-optimised Venus and a short flexible linker is introduced immediately 3' of the Cln7 start codon to generate an N-terminal fusion protein. Venus is predicted to be on the cytosolic side of the membrane.
