The histolysis of larval midgut and the removal of the gastric caeca, which occur during metamorphosis, are delayed in a significant proportion of individuals expressing Ptp52FCS.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1, either under the control of Scer\GAL4Myo31DF-NP0001 or under the combined control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU and Gal80[ts] for induction only from the second instar larval stage onwards, as compared to controls.
Ptp52FCS.UAS.Tag:HA, Scer\GAL4NP0001 has abnormal size | dominant | prepupal stage phenotype, suppressible by TER94UAS.Tag:FLAG
Ptp52FCS.UAS.Tag:HA, Scer\GAL4NP0001 has abnormal developmental rate | dominant | prepupal stage phenotype, suppressible by TER94UAS.Tag:FLAG
Ptp52FCS.UAS.Tag:HA, Scer\GAL4NP0001 has midgut | prepupal stage phenotype, suppressible by TER94UAS.Tag:FLAG
Ptp52FCS.UAS.Tag:HA, Scer\GAL4NP0001 has gastric caecum | prepupal stage phenotype, suppressible by TER94UAS.Tag:FLAG
The delays in the removal of the gastric caeca and in the histolysis of larval midgut during metamorphosis resulting from the expression of Ptp52FCS.Scer\UAS.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4Myo31DF-NP0001 is suppressed by the co-expression of TER94Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG.
