      Simultaneous expression of Hsap\ALKL1198F.Scer\UAS and Hsap\ALKAL1Scer\UAS.cGa under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF leads to a severe eye degeneration phenotype in adult flies and increased pupal lethality, co-expression of Hsap\ALKL1198F.Scer\UAS and Hsap\ALKAL2Scer\UAS.cGa results in strong rough eye phenotype.
