Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of ci. The three PKA sites have been mutated to Ala. In addition, amino acids 1371-1397 at the C-terminal end of the protein have been deleted, removing the SIC ('Su(fu)-interacting site in the C-terminal region') site. The protein is tagged with six copies of Tag:MYC.
