Description

lexAop regulatory sequences are fused upstream of a nuclear localized lacZ marker followed by the T2A peptide (this promotes ribosomal skipping) and the KZip+ SplitGAL4 system repressor. KZip+ consists of the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain fused to the Zip+ artificial leucine zipper domain.
