Expression of SdcdsRNA.WIZ.Scer\UAS in epidermic cells under the control of Scer\GAL4hh-Gal4 results in a mild reduction in the terminal dendrite density and number in the adjacent class IV dendritic arborizing neurons within the intersegmental area of third instar larvae.

Co-expression of dlpGD3592 does not enhance the SdcdsRNA.WIZ.Scer\UAS-induced dendritic phenotype neither can further worsen the phenotype in larvae expressing both SdcdsRNA.WIZ.Scer\UAS and dallyGD5918.
