UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\NECAP1 open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of the Tag:HA epitope. The ORF was obtained from the human ORFeome v8.1 collection ( ORF_ID:8910 ) and corresponds to Ensembl transcript ENST00000540083.1.
