The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}AcCoASMI12066 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-GAL4 cassette. The insertion is in within the coding intron of all annotated transcripts of AcCoAS and is predicted to express GAL4 in the same pattern as AcCoAS.
