Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}CG32683MI12471 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-GAL4 cassette. The insertion is in the coding intron of both annotated transcripts of CG32683 and is predicted to gene trap the gene. The insertion is also 144 bp upstream of the annotated 5' end of the RabX2 gene and therefore may affect its expression.
