Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}aPKCMI10848 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-GAL4 cassette. The insertion is in the coding intron of all annotated transcripts of aPKC and is predicted to gene trap the gene. The inserted Trojan exon is in either phase0 or phase2.
