      jusMI11213-GFSTF.1 leads to a fully penetrant bang sensitive phenotype.

      jusMI11213-GFSTF.1 homozygotes and jusiso7.8/Df(3R)BSC501 transheterozygotes show an abnormal and fully penetrant paralysis phenotype upon exposure to 14[o]C or 10[o]C temperatures, which is associated with a significant increase in recovery time from paralysis upon shift to room temperature, as compared to jusMI11213-GFSTF.1 heterozygous and wild-type controls.
