Description

The RMCE cassette in the Mi{MIC}kibraMI01487 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The cassette is in 'protein-trap' orientation relative to kibra, which is predicted to result in the kibra coding sequence being tagged with a EGFP-Tag:CALI(TC)-Tag:StrepII-Tag:CS(TEVp)-3xTag:FLAG multi-tag cassette.
