        Ntan1Mz97 homozygous third instar larvae present nerves with axonal defasciculation and clusters of several subperineurial glial cell nuclei, which is an indication of multi-nucleated cells, as compared to heterozygous controls; Ntan1Mz97/Df(2R)NtanΔ transheterozygous show similar defects.
