      Artsnull1 homozygous males sire significantly more offspring than controls.

      Artsnull1 homozygous females produce round eggs with larger volumes than controls; no sperm is observed in eggs produced by mated Aplnull1 females. Egg chambers show disrupted follicle cell basal actin structures, but no obvious defects in border cell migration, ring canal formation or nurse cell dumping, as compared to controls.
