The expression of sisRNA:2^{UAS.Tag:MYC,DsRed(Unk)} under the triple control of Scer\GAL4^VP16.nos.UTR, Scer\GAL4^nos.PG and Scer\GAL4^VP16.otu leads to a significant decrease in germline stem cells (GSCs) per germarium under starvation conditions, but not under standard nutrition.
